WALLACE KOHL MONITORING WELL INSTALLATION WORKPLAN <br /> 6ASSOCIIMES 1W. 1444 MARIPOSA <br /> Stockton, California <br /> WKA No. 2938.03 <br /> February 1, 1996 <br /> INTRODUCTION <br /> We are submitting this Monitoring Well Installation Workplan for the above <br /> referenced site (Plate 1). The purpose of our work will be to install additional <br /> monitoring wells in accordance to the San Joaquin County Public Health Services <br /> (SJCPHS), Environmental Health Division, in order to determine the upgradient <br /> and downgradient extent of ground water contamination beneath the site with <br /> respect to petroleum hydrocarbon contamination in the vicinity of the former <br /> underground storage tanks (USTs). The scope of our work will include installing <br /> three additional ground water monitoring wells, developing, monitoring and <br /> sampling of wells. All work will be completed in accordance with SJCPHS and <br /> Regional Water Quality Control Board (RWQCB), Central Valley Region <br /> requirements. <br /> Geotechnical Engineering <br /> Engineering Geology <br /> SITE DESCRIPTION AND HISTORY <br /> Environmental Consulting The site is located at 1444 Mariposa Road in Stockton, California (Plate 1). The <br /> Remediation Services site is bounded to the north by Charter Way, to the west by Mariposa Road, to the <br /> south by Learned Avenue and to the east by private property. The surface is <br /> Construction Inspection overlain with either asphalt or concrete.
