In addition, we will sample the existing three wells
but will measure the depth to water during the well purging event to evaluate whether
or not sufficient drawdown takes place during pumping to allow the water table to
intersect the submerged screened interval of the older wells
• conducting a survey of domestic, municipal, agricultural and other wells within a
2,000-foot radius of the site and providing SJCPHS with information regarding the
well locations and construction details
• providing SJCPHS with an as-built plan of the existing soil vapor extraction
framework.
Ouarterly Groundwater Monitoring and Sampling
The scope of work to perform four quarterly groundwater monitoring and sampling events is as
follows:
• measurement of static water levels in the wells to the nearest 0.01 foot with an
electronic well sounder
• visual examination of surface water from each well for petroleum hydrocarbons
using a clean, clear disposable bailer
INK
WALLACE•KUHL
Recycled paper 6 ASSOCIATES INC.
