WALLACE • KUHL <br /> &ASSOCIATES INC <br /> June 19, 1995 <br /> Mr John Furman <br /> U S RENTALS <br /> 2081 East Charter Way <br /> Stockton, California 95205 <br /> QUARTERLY STATUS REPORT <br /> 1444 MARIPOSA ROAD <br /> Stockton, California 95205 <br /> WKA No 2938 02 <br /> Dear Mr Furman, <br /> As required by the San Joaquin County Public Health Services, we are submitting <br /> this quarterly status report for the subject property, located at 1444 Mariposa Road <br /> in Stockton, California (Plate 1) <br /> Recent ground water elevation measurements were obtained from the three on-site <br /> t Geotechnical Engineering monitoring wells on March 23, 1995, historic ground water elevation data is <br /> provided in Table 1 Based on current ground water elevation measurements, the <br /> f Engineering Geology ground water flow beneath the subject property is in a easterly direction with an <br /> a Environmental Consulting estimated hydraulic gradient of 0 01 feet/foot (Plate 2) <br /> Remediation Services <br /> Ground water samples were also obtained from the three on-site monitoring wells <br /> Construction Inspection on March 23, 1995 Prior to sampling, the water level in each well was measure <br /> S and checked for visual signs of free product using a new, clear, disposable <br /> Materials Testing <br /> polyethylene bailer No free product was observed in monitoring wells MW 1 or <br /> LMW3, however a petroleum hydrocarbon odor was reported in MW2 The <br /> monitoring wells were purged and sampled as described in Appendix A <br /> f <br /> 3050 Industrial Blvd <br /> West Sactamento Analysis of water sample MW1 revealed detectable concentrations of TPH as <br /> CA 95691 gasoline concentration of 54 µg/1 and a benzene concentration of 4 9 µgIf <br /> j Fax 916 372 2565 Analysis of water sample MW2 revealed TPH as gasoline and benzene <br /> ` 916 372 1434 <br /> Recvcfed pa6er <br />
