(AGE) has prepared this Preliminary Site Assessment Work <br /> Plan for the property located at 2431 East Mariposa Road, Stockton, San Joaquin <br /> County, California (site). The scope of work includes advancement of up to five (5) soil <br /> probe borings for the collection of soil samples to evaluate the presence and define the <br /> type or extent of petroleum hydrocarbon-impacted soil between 15 and 40 feet below <br /> surface grade, near the former underground storage tank area. <br /> Based on field evidence of hydrocarbon impact, gray stained soil was observable in the <br /> tank excavation from approximately 15 feet bsg.
