PUBLIC NOTICE cc <br /> r <br /> NOTICE OF FINDINGS REGARDING <br /> SITE MITIGATION PLAN , <br /> } <br /> NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a corrective action plan for <br /> remediation of an underground leaking storage tank site located at <br /> 2004 E. Mariposa Rd. , in the County of San Joaquin <br /> (APN 173-040-38-7) has been reviewed by San Joaquin County Public <br /> Health Services, Environmental Health Division(PHS/EHD) . The plan <br /> is a proposal for mitigation of hazardous substances which <br /> contaminated the site due to unauthorized releases associated with <br /> underground storage tanks (UST) which were located on the property. <br /> San Joaquin County Public Health Services, Environmental. Health <br /> Division, Local UST Oversight Program, has made a tentative <br /> determination that the plan is in compliance with local., State and <br /> Federal laws and regulations and that the resultant work will not <br /> create significant adverse environmental impacts which exceed the <br /> benefits to be gained from cleanup of the contamination. <br /> The corrective action plan is available for public review at <br /> PHS/EHD, 445 N.
