The decision was based upon the results of a <br /> leaching potential analyses performed on the site as recommended by the LUFT Manual. <br /> Based upon the low levels of hydrocarbon constituents detected from native soil beneath the tank <br /> and the condition of the tank at the time of removal, it is estimated that less than <br /> PROPOSED WORK <br /> RESNA Industries Inc. (RESNA) will perform the following work at the site to mitigate the <br /> documented soil contamination at the site. <br /> Excavation <br /> Suspected hydrocarbon impacted soils will be excavated by Economy Fence Co. which will <br /> provide a backhoe tractor to perform the excavation. This work will be performed by Economy <br /> Fence Co. personnel in accordance with the Business and Profession Code, Division 3, Chapter <br /> 9, Article 3 Exemptions (Attachment II). <br /> Excavated soils will be field screened by a.RESNA field geologist employing a photoionization <br /> detection (PID) meter, calibrated to an isobutylene standard.
