In order to define the extent <br /> of soil cantami-nation beneath this facility, TPE recommendeds <br /> that an angle soil boring be advanced to a termination depth of <br /> between 35 to 45 vertical feet beneath the building. TPE will <br /> address this scope of wort; by completing the following tasks: <br /> Task 1: Drill.in and So ' 1 Samplir�a <br /> The proposed soil boring will be advanced (at an angle c,- <br /> approximately <br /> rapproximately 35 degrees from vertical) , using a truce mounted <br /> auger drill rig, until the proper depth and sampling locality is <br /> reached. Relatively undisturbed soil. samples will be collected <br /> from the boring beginning at the Fill / native soil interface <br /> and continue until the boring is terminated. Samples will be <br /> collected at intervals of approximately 5 feet or less .
