The property is currently <br /> Sammi Ayesh (owners) as a mini-mart/cafe and fuel dispensing <br /> facility. Mr. Ayesh purchased the property in January 1988. Two <br /> separate underground tank locations existed atthe <br /> site at <br /> as eT time <br /> of purchase (see Figure 2) . One location ( ` <br /> leaded gasoline tanks and one (1) waste oil tank. <br /> contained two (2) (designated as TP-2) contained one (1) <br /> The second tank location <br /> unleaded gasoline tank. Chemical analyses of soil samples <br /> collected during the removal of the underground tanks indicated <br /> gasoline petroleum hydrocarbons have impacted the surrounding soils <br /> at both locations. <br /> Tank Protect Engineering of Northern California <br /> (TPE) was <br /> contracted by the owners to collect and analyze TP-2 overexcavation <br /> verification soil samples and to drill and sample one exploratory <br /> in the <br /> soil boring to characterize vadose zone ca titled °Wow n <br /> vicinity of TP-1.
