• SN Y Y
Yi
iL-
P
6.0 RECOMMENDATIONS
since the underground storage tanks, dispenser island, and most of
the product affected soil has been removed (only low levels of
residual hydrocarbons remain in the shallow subsurface) , future
adverse impact to the surrounding soils and groundwater has
largely been eliminated. TPE believes no additional site
characterization is warranted at this time.
TPE recommends that this report and associated documentation from
Nor Cal Construction, AAA Tank Removal service, and Uriah, Inc. be
submitted to the proper regulatory agencies for their evaluations
and recommendations of site closure.
7.0 STUDY LIMITATIONS
Our study for the Collegeville Market and Cafe site is based on a
surface reconnaissance, review of pertinent references, subsurface
exploration, laboratory analyses of soil and ground water samples,
and subsurface geologic correlations and analyses. The chemical
analytical results for the borehole samples are considered
applicable to that borehole from which they were collected. The
soils encountered in the borings are believed to be representative
of the site; however, the soils may vary in character between
observation points. The conclusions contained herein are based on
the field, analytical data, and professional judgement which is in
accordance with current standards of professional practice. No
other warranty is expressed or implied. The findings and
conclusions of this report are valid as of the present time;
however, the passing of time c`.Fld change the conditions of the
subsurface due to natural processes or the influence of man.
Accordingly, the findings of this report may be invalidated, wholly
.or partly, by changes beyond our control. Therefore, this report
should not be relied upon after an extended period of time without
being reviewed by a Civil Engineer or Registered Geologist.
11
ilk
Em
