City of Stockton <br /> Page 2 - <br /> -The drilling and installation of the test wells and the <br /> pilot vapor and pumping tests will be completed by July <br /> 1992. <br /> -A meeting between PHS/EHD, COS and a representative of the <br /> Sacramento office of RESNA will be held in August 1992 to <br /> discuss the results of the pilot tests and to decide if <br /> further definition of the groundwater contaminant plume is <br /> necessary. <br /> -A Final Remediation Plan/Feasibility Study will be prepared <br /> and submitted. by October 1992. A proposal from RESNA <br /> for further work, if needed, will be submitted to COS at <br /> this time. <br /> -COS will determine if RESNA will be allowed to prepare the <br /> specifications for the remediation system and also bid on <br /> the project. This issue will be resolved by the August 1992 <br /> meeting. <br /> -PHS/EHD will review the Final Remediation Plan within 30 <br /> days after submittal. The public participation process will <br /> be initiated upon receipt of the final remediation plan. <br /> On February 24, 1992, the Stockton City Council approved contract <br /> change orders to include four quarters of groundwater sampling, <br /> monitoring and reports for the following listed sites. Quarterly <br /> sampling is scheduled to begin mid March 1992. <br /> 22 EAST MARKET <br /> -Sampling of the monitoring well and the emergency domestic <br /> well will begin within the next two weeks (mid March 1992) . <br /> -Approximately three weeks after the water sampling, a Soil <br /> Remediation Work Plan will be submitted to PHS/EHD and will <br /> include analytical results from the quarterly monitoring and <br /> groundwater gradient information obtained from adjacent <br /> sites (end of March 1992) . <br /> -Public participation will be initiated by PHS/EHD upon <br /> receipt of the Soil Remediation Work Plan. RESNA will <br /> coordinate arrangements with COS Police Chief for the work <br /> to occur. <br /> -A Summary Report will be prepared within thirty days of the <br /> re-excavation (end of May 1992) . <br />
