Market, in the <br /> City of Stockton, has been reviewed by '!San Joaquin County Public Health <br /> Services, Environmental Health Division'(PHS/EHD). The plan is a <br /> proposal for the re-excavation of approximately 15 cubic yards of soil which <br /> has contaminated due to unauthorized releases associated with underground <br /> storage tanks (UST) which were located on the property. <br /> PHS/EHD, Local UST Oversight Program, has made a determination that <br /> the plan is in compliance with local, State and Federal laws and regulations <br /> and that the resultant work will not create significant adverse environmental <br /> impacts which exceed the benefits to be gained from cleanup of the j <br /> contamination. <br /> The corrective action plan is available for public review at the PHS/EHD,,! <br /> 445 N.
