(Ground Zero) submits this Summary Report on behalf of Ms. Sally <br /> Atkins to summarize subsurface investigation activities conducted at the subject property.(Figure 1). <br /> 1.0 INTRODUCTION <br /> 1.1 Purpose <br /> The purpose of investigation was to evaluate the extent of soil contamination associated with an <br /> unauthorized release of gasoline and/or waste oil from underground storage tanks (USTs) <br /> formerly located at the facility. <br /> 1.2 Resources <br /> Sean Garvey, a Ground Zero geologist, directed fieldwork on December 8 and 9, 1999. Fisch <br /> Environmental (Fisch), a State licensed drilling company (C57-683865), performed drilling <br /> services. Argon Laboratories, Inc. (Argon), a California state-certified hazardous waste testing <br /> laboratory (ELAP 2359), completed the laboratory analyses for all samples.
