1 Kennedy/Jenks Consultants <br /> 6 LIMITATIONS <br /> This report represents Kennedy/Jenks' professional opinion and judgement, which are <br /> dependent upon information obtained during performance of consulting services <br /> Environmental conditions may exist at the site and adjacent properties that cannot be <br /> M identified by only visual observations Our conclusions are based in part on information <br /> supplied by others, the accuracy or sufficiency of which may not be independently <br /> reviewed by Kennedy/Jenks No investigation can be thorough enough to exclude the <br /> presence of hazardous materials at a given site, therefore, if no hazardous materials are <br /> identified during an assessment, such a finding should not be construed as a guarantee of <br /> the absence of such materials on the property, but rather the results of services performed <br /> within project scope, cost, and other limitations <br /> The conclusions and recommendations of this report are made based on observed <br /> conditions existing at the site and on laboratory test results of the submitted samples It <br /> must be recognized that changes can occur in subsurface conditions due to site use or <br /> other reasons Furthermore, the distribution of chemical concentrations in the soil and <br /> groundwater can vary spatially and over time The results of chemical analysis are valid as <br /> of the date and at the sampling location only Kennedy/Jenks cannot be held accountable <br /> for the accuracy of the test data from an independent laboratory nor for any analyte <br /> quantities falling below the recognized standard detection limits for the method utilized by <br /> r the independent laboratory Based on the Phase I ESA finding, only specific chemicals of <br /> concern were tested for, and other chemicals may be present in soil and groundwater at <br /> the site <br /> Any opinions presented apply to site conditions existing at the time of performance of <br /> services Kennedy/Jenks is unable to report on, or accurately predict events which may <br /> impact the site following performance of the described services, whether occurring <br /> naturally or caused by external forces Kennedy/Jenks assumes no responsibility for <br /> conditions it is not authorized to investigate or conditions not generally recognized as <br /> environmentally unacceptable at the time services are performed Kennedy/Jenks is not <br /> responsible for change in applicable environmental standards, practices, or regulations <br /> following performance of services <br /> I yOb%61966070 001phaseAi textdac 12 <br />
