Banta Road <br /> Tracy, California 95376 <br /> WORKPLAN-HEALTH AND SAFETY PLAN <br /> LIMTED GROUNDWATER INVESTIGATION <br /> STONEBRIDGE INDUSTRIAL PARK LOT 2 <br /> APN 250-020-030 <br /> McArthur Drive <br /> Tracy, California <br /> Job No. 581-103 <br /> INTRODUCTION <br /> In accordance with the requirements established by the San Joaquin County Environmental Health <br /> Department, we have prepared this Workplan and Health and Safety Plan for exploratory drilling <br /> and environmental evaluation of groundwater at the subject site. In preparing this workplan we <br /> have visited the site and have discussed the drilling activities with you. <br /> SITE DESCRIPTION <br /> The subject property is located within a growing commercial/industrial area of eastern Tracy, San <br /> Joaquin County, California. The approximate 3.89-acre property is generally bounded by a <br /> paved parking area to the north, by MacArthur Drive to the east, by a railroad easement to the <br /> south, and by Pacific Gas and Electric (PG&E) Service Center access road to the west. The San <br /> Joaquin County Assessor's Parcel Number (APN) for the subject property is 250-020-030. The <br /> property is presently vacant and apparently unused. Evidence suggests that the site had recently <br /> been disced. The easterly margins of the property are landscaped and include several trees and <br /> shrubs.
