Dear Mr. Lopez, This letter is written in response to the Hazardous Materials Program Inspection Report received by SkyWest Airlines on December 31, 2019. In regards to item number 6, HSC 25505 (a)(2) Failed to complete and/or submit a site map with all required content,SkyWest has added an additional site map with the required designations to California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) and the maps are attached to this document, marked as Attachments 1 and 2. Concerning item number 8, HSC 25505 (a)(4) Failed to submit a training program or program is not reasonable or adequate for facility. SkyWest Airlines has added additional items to our existing Storm Water Training course to include the requirements specified. The course has been uploaded to CERS and is attached here as Attachment 3. In reference to item number 11, HSC 25505 (a)(4) Failed to provide or document initial and/or refresher training to appropriate personnel. SkyWest Airlines has assigned all employees at our facility at the above mentioned address to take the updated course referenced in item number 8. Local leadership has completed the course and all others will complete it no later than FEB 7, 2020. And finally, in regards to item number 12, HSC 25505 (c) Failed to have the business plan readily available to facility or EHD personnel.
