Stop flow of discharge(whenever possible). <br /> B. Contain discharge on impervious surface-Prevent <br /> ' discharge from entering drains,drainage structures,soil or <br /> navigable waters using facility supplied"spill kit" <br /> components. <br /> C. Collect discharged(spilled)substance. <br /> D. Contact the Environmental and OSHA Program Lead for <br /> disposal instructions. <br /> E. Estimate quantity of discharged substance. <br /> F. Notify the local Fire Department,emergency response <br /> personnel,and the local Unified Program Agency <br /> immediately. <br /> G.
