y
 0
ADDENDUM TO THE WORKPLAN JAN 51989
ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH
DATED PERMIT!SERVICES
NOVEMBER EB, 1988
1405 MAIN STREET
ESCALON, CA
ETS PROJECT NUMBER:
'301
This addendum has been prepared by ETS Environmental at
the request of Ms. Diane Hinspri of the Sari Joaquin Local
Health District to address additional sampling requirements
under the waste oil tank located on the property listed
above.
A single soil boring will be drilled at a 30 degree
angle in the direction indicated on the attached diagram.
Soil samples will be collected for laboratory analysis at two
depths from the baring. The first will be collected at a
vertical depth of approximately four feet and the second at a
vertical depth of approximately six feet.
It is anticipated at this time that the drilling will
proceed in the direction indicated on the diagram. Should
field conditions allow the drill rig to be positioned at the i
fill spout end of the tank, the boring will proceed from that I
end toward the middle, parallel to the axis of the tank. In I
either case, two samples will be collected from the depths
indicated for laboratory analysis.
,I
Respectfully submitted,
d
Glen White a
Pro.j ect Geo 1 og i st
ii
i t
I
E
I ♦
