Prepare a. report summarizing the findings, conclusions, and <br /> recommendations for further action, if necessary. <br /> 2.0 SCHEDULE 1h �`�`��`bMt ' <br /> Work outlined in this workplan can commence immediately <br /> after approval from the San Joaquin Local Health District has been <br /> obtained. <br /> It has been anticipated !,that the field work .can be completed <br /> within five working days which includes all soil borings, monitoring <br /> well installation and completion and development and sampling <br /> routines. <br /> 3. 0 REMARKS AND SIGNATURES <br /> This supplemental workplan has been prepared using industry <br /> standard procedures and represents our professional geologic opinions <br /> based on such standards.
