i <br /> ADDENDUM <br /> i <br /> The following changes of additions are to be made to the <br /> proposal prepared for E-Z Gas and Mini Mart located at 1405 <br /> Main in Escalon. <br /> Section 1. 1, Item 3 Delete. No integrity testing is to be <br /> done at this phase of the work. Speculation as to the <br /> condition of the tanks may be made only after analysis of the <br /> soil samples is complete. <br /> Section 1. 2, Item 4 Change. Soil samples will be analyzed <br /> for Total Petroleum Hydrocarbons (TRH) using ERA Method 8240 <br /> "Fuel Fingerprint ". <br /> ii <br /> Section E. 1 A more complete Protocol has been attached at <br /> the end of this Addendum. O bentonite slurry will be <br /> tremmied into the borings and not a cement-bentonite mixture <br /> as stated. Contaminated soil cuttings will be containerized <br /> in plastic 55-gallon drums f8r later treatment as necessary. <br /> The drums will remain on-site pending laboratory results. <br /> II <br /> Additional Information Requested <br /> Three additional site plans have been included for- <br /> attachment to the drilling permit. <br /> An underground utility map provided by the Escalon <br /> Public Warks Department has been included.
