Hazelton Avenue <br /> Stockton, CA 95205 ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH <br /> (209)468-3420 PERMiT/SERVICES <br /> San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department, <br /> Enterprise The University of the Pacific has reviewed the Hazardous Materials Program <br /> Risk Management Inspection Report for the inspection that began on August 8, 2019, for our location <br /> 3601 Pacific Avenue at 751 W. Brookside Road, Stockton, CA 95211. The following is the summary of <br /> Stockton,CA 95211 our responses,implemented corrective actions,and any additional actions in process. <br /> Pacific.edu <br /> Tel 209.932.3011 Item#5 — <br /> The University of the Pacific has updated our Chemical Inventory in the <br /> California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) to include the additions of <br /> identified chemicals in excess of the reportable quantity, including, but not limited <br /> to, small arms ammunition,hydraulic oil,diesel fuel, and waste flammable solvents. <br /> Item#6— <br /> The University of the Pacific has updated our facility maps in CERS to include <br /> the required map elements and specific locations of identified inventory chemicals. <br /> These chemicals include, but are not limited to, argon, carbon dioxide, helium, carbon <br /> dioxide/oxygen mixture, compressed nitrogen, liquefied nitrogen, compressed oxygen, <br /> small arms ammunition(explosive), diesel fuel, and hydraulic oil. <br /> Item#10— <br /> The University of the Pacific has updated our chemical inventory and facility <br /> maps in CERS as required. <br /> Item#11 — <br /> The University of the Pacific has updated and implemented ongoing training on <br /> the emergency response plan and procedures including notification procedures, <br /> procedures for the mitigation of a release or threatened release,and evacuation plans <br /> and procedures. Our Training Plan has be included in CERS. Additional <br /> documentation of recently provided training has been attached for reference. <br /> Additional training is in process for required personnel that have not yet received <br /> the updated training, as revised after this inspection. <br />
