University of the Pacific <br /> Response Duties for <br /> CERS Consolidated Emergency Response/Contingency Plan <br /> 1, University of the Pacific- Public Safety Department shall provide 24-hour immediate response to <br /> assist in the evacuation of employees and members of the public and shall secure the area. <br /> 2. University of the Pacific—Environmental Health and Safety(EHS) Department shall provide <br /> support for site/spill assessment and small spill cleanup in response to notification from Public <br /> Safety. <br /> 3. University of the Pacific—Physical Plant Department shall provide storm drain and sewer drain <br /> protection, emergency shutdown of utilities, and equipment and clean-up support in <br /> conjunction with the EHS Department, in response to notification from Public Safety. <br /> 4. Outside vendors, as contacted by the EHS Department and/or Physical Plant Department, shall <br /> provide large spill clean-up services. <br /> 5. The Pacific Alert Team and/or University Leadership Team shall manage the coordination and <br /> support of emergency response teams, movement of people, and/or post-incident recovery <br /> plans. <br /> University of the Pacific <br /> Medical Arrangements for <br /> CERS Consolidated Emergency ;response/Contingency Pian <br /> 1. Employees: <br /> a. Kaiser Permanente, located at 7373 West Lane, Stockton, CA, 95210, shall provide <br /> employees with medical evaluations for non-emergency medical situations during <br /> normal business hours (Monday—Friday, 8am—5pm). <br /> b. Emergency and after-hours medical services are available at St.Joseph's Hospital, 1800 <br /> N California St., Stockton, CA, 95204. <br /> 2. Students: <br /> a. University of the Pacific -Cowell Wellnesss Center, located at 1041 Brookside Road, <br /> Stockton, CA, 95211, can provide students with medical evaluations for non-emergency <br /> medical situations during normal business hours (Monday— Friday, 8am—5pm). <br /> b. Emergency, non-emergency, and other after-hours medical services are available at St. <br /> Joseph's Hospital, 1800 N California St., Stockton, CA, 95204, or at other local Urgent <br /> Care facilities (hours may vary). <br /> 3. Members of the Public <br /> a.
