One 5-gallon container partially full of roofing <br /> tar and one 5-gallon contai er partially full of solid paint material were observed onsite. Make a <br /> hazardous waste determin tion on this waste as specified in Title 22 California Code of Regulations or <br /> handle this waste as hazar ous waste. Correct by 6-24-10. Send a copy of the disposal record to the <br /> Environmental Health Dep rtment (EHD) by 6-24-10. <br /> #8) Handled a hazardous aste without an EPA ID number. The EPA number being used by the facility <br /> is CAL00006548, a number, associated with a previous business owner. Apply for an EPA number for <br /> this business using the provided form. Use the new number on all hazardous waste disposal receipts or <br /> manifests. Correct by 6-24'10. <br /> #50) Stored hazardous wa a onsite greater than 180 days. One 55-gallon drum labelled as hazardous <br /> waste and oily liquid has a accumulation start date of August, 2009. This drum is half full of oily liquid. <br /> Dispose of this waste as ha ardous waste. Send a copy of the disposal record to the EHD by 6-24-10. <br /> Correct immediately. <br /> #52) No modified contingency plan. This information is not posted by the facility telephone. Fill out and <br /> post the provided form or equivalent. Correct immediately. Send a copy of the filled out form to the <br /> EHD by 6-24-10. <br /> Summary of Violations: 7,850,52 - all minor. <br /> Notes: <br /> #1) Fill out and return the f (lowing to the EHDv by 6-24-10: Return to Compliance Certification form, a <br /> statement explaining how each violation was resolved and supporting documentation. <br /> #2) The facility owner covered and completely labelled the waste oil and antifreeze drums.
