In the EHD response, it was stated that monitoring wells MW-1A, <br /> MWAB, MW-2B, and MW-313 be placed on a semi-annual monitoring, and MW-413 be placed on <br /> an annual sampling regiment. In addition, the EHD directed that since the spill and groundwater <br /> plumes are adequately characterized at this time, a feasibility study and corrective action plan <br /> (CAP) be prepared and submitted to the EHD by August 4, 2012. To date, the EHD has not <br /> received the feasibility and CAP report.
