(AGE) and has the following comments.
The Report documents procedures and results of fieldwork conducted at your site in
June 2008. Five soil borings were advanced near the former underground storage tank
location to collect soil and grab groundwater samples for analysis. Results of those analyses
indicate significant contaminant impact to both soil and groundwater. In the report AGE
recommends additional assessment to define the vertical and lateral extent of the
contamination. The EHD agrees with this recommendation.
Please proceed with submittal of a work plan to continue the investigation of the vertical and
lateral extent of the petroleum hydrocarbon contamination in both soil and groundwater. The
work plan is due for submittal no later than December 5, 2008.
If you have any questions please call Lori Duncan at (209) 468-0337.
/Sincerely, /J /
Lori Duncan, REHS Nuel C.
