Hazelton Avenue
Stockton, CA 95205
RE: Request to Construct New Septic System at 28087 S. Lammers Road
Dear Mr. Kith:
The City of Tracy has received a request for a letter, from Vasudevan Mudalodu, as required by
San Joaquin County to permit the construction of a new septic system for a new 10' x 10' restroom
with plumbed water on the property located at 28087 S. Lammers Road.
The property location proximity to the nearest serviceable utility line is 1.8 miles away so the City
has no objection on the issuance of the permit. The septic system construction activities, such as
dust control and storm water pollution prevention, shall conform to the City's standards. The
property owner is also aware that the septic system will be removed by the property owner when
the property can be served by the City. Cost of removing the septic system and obtaining the
appropriate San Joaquin County permits shall be at the owner's sole responsibility and expense.
Lastly, it should be noted that a City plumbing permit may also be required for the proposed
construction. Please contact the City's Building and Safety Division for more information.
Do not hesitate to contact Al Gali, the staff member familiar with this project, at 209-831-6436
should you have any questions.
Sincerely,
Robert Armijo, P.E.
City Engineer/Assistan evelopment Services Director
CC: Kuldeep Sharma, P.
