Soil Suitability/ Nitrate Loading Study Irerracon <br /> Whitlow Property Stockton, CA <br /> November 20, 2019 Terracon Project No. NA197078 <br /> 1.1.2 Proposed Development <br /> Based on interviews with the client and information obtained online, the site was formerly <br /> developed with a four bedroom two bathroom residence constructed in 1945. We understand the <br /> former residence burned down due to a house fire in early 2019. Based on a review of the building <br /> plans, an approximately 1,873 square foot (SF) four bedroom three bathroom residence is <br /> proposed to be developed on the central portion of the site. A septic system is proposed to be <br /> developed near the northwestern portion of the site. <br /> 1.1.3 Site Vicinity <br /> The northern and western adjoining properties consist of agricultural land (11121 N.Alpine Road). <br /> Alpine Road abuts the site to the east followed by rural residences and agricultural land (11292 <br /> N. Alpine Road). The adjoining southern property consist of agricultural land (11033 N. Alpine <br /> Road). A detailed vicinity and topographic map is included in Appendix A (Exhibit 1). <br /> 1.1.4 Site Map <br /> A detailed site diagram map is included in Appendix A (Exhibit 2). <br /> 1.2 Present and Past Uses of the Site <br /> 1.2.1 Past and Present Site Use <br /> Terracon reviewed four historical aerial photographs dated 1937, 1952, 1963, and 1975 provided <br /> by the San Joaquin County Surveyors Office, and GoogleEarthTm aerial photographs dated 1993, <br /> 2003, 2014, and 2016 to establish a history for the site.
