Californu Street, Stockton, CA 95202 <br /> [hereinafter "Licensor"], and Union Oil Company of California dba Unocal, <br /> with principal offices at 376 South Valencia Avenue, Brea, California 92621, <br /> [hereinafter "Licensee"]; Licensor and Licensee shall sometimes hereinafter be <br /> referred to as the "Parties". <br /> RECITALS <br /> A. Licensor is the owner of a certain parcel of real property known as <br /> Assessor-s Parcel Number (139-240-09) ('Subject Property") located east of <br /> former Unocal Service Station 0187 located at 437 East Miner, Stockton, <br /> California; <br /> B. Licensor and Licensee desire to enter into this License Agreement so that <br /> the soil andior groundwater can be assessed in relation to environmental <br /> laws and regulations; <br /> C.
