Item(3)(8) requires that a list of persons, other than the petitioner,
who have an interest in the petition must be obtained from the local agency.
Your petition asserts that UNOCAL is unaware of any other persons with an interest
in the subject property. It does not contain a statement that UNOCAL contacted the
local agency to obtain a list of persons known to the local agency to have an interest
in the property. Please submit an amended petition which indicates that UNOCAL
has contacted the local agency to obtain a list of any persons known to it to have such
an interest. If a properly amended petition is not received within 30 days of the date
of this letter, the petition will be dismissed unless good cause is shown for an
extension of time.
4
a Recycled Paper Our mission is to preserve and enhance the quality of California's water resources, and
ensure their proper allocation and efficient use for the benefit of present and future generations.
