Unocal requested a rescheduling of the meeting because of the unavailability of Unocal <br /> personnel whose presence we believed necessary in order for any productive discussion to take <br /> place. <br /> You may recall that I told you that the Unocal in-house attorney responsible for <br /> these matters, Melissa Allain, is on vacation until July 28, 1997. We will contact you upon her <br /> return to schedule the meeting with you and to discuss the meeting agenda.
