The installation of these wells was discussed in GSI Report <br /> No 4827.04-1, Work Plan for a Limited Subsurface Investigation (dated February 14, 1995) <br /> previously submitted to your office. An Encroachment Permit Application to install the wells <br /> has been submitted to the City of Stockton, and a copy will be forwarded to you upon <br /> approval. We have previously submitted an Application for Well/Pump Permit for three <br /> on-site monitoring wells and a check for $89.00.
