PHS/EHD has the following comments for your consideration. <br /> Significant groundwater contamination was detected in samples collected on November 17, 1994 <br /> from all three on site monitoring wells. As PHS/EHD indicated in prior correspondence <br /> additional soil and groundwater investigation will be required. The groundwater gradient <br /> reportedly has shifted from the west in August 1994 to the north in November 1994. PHS/EHD <br /> suggests that monthly groundwater elevation measurements be collected for first quarter 1995 <br /> to confirm the gradient.
