Miner Ave. SITE CODE: 1181 <br /> Stockton, CA <br /> San Joaquin County Public Health Services, Environmental Health Division (PHS/EHD) has reviewed the <br /> "Tank Removal Observation Report" dated September 11, 1992 prepared by Geostrategies, Inc. for the <br /> above referenced site. <br /> Please submit receipts from the landfills that accepted the stockpiled soil from the site. <br /> The results of the "Waste Extraction Test" for lead performed on soil samples UT-1 and UT-4 collected <br /> below the former underground storage tank at this site indicate that lead may leach into the <br /> groundwater. In order to simulate natural site conditions and further investigate this possibility the <br /> "Waste Extraction Test" for lead should be performed using deionized water on soil samples. <br /> In addition, the levels of nickel evidenced in soil samples beneath both the waste oil tanks warrant <br /> further investigation. Soil samples beneath these tanks should be collected and analyzed using the <br /> "Waste Extraction Test".
