Installation of a Cone penetration test(CPT)boring and collection of groundwater samples. <br /> 2. Laboratory analysis of water samples for total petroleum hydrocarbons(PTH)as gasoline using EPA <br /> Method 8015M and BTEX,MTBE,TBA,and other oxygenated gasoline additives using EPA method <br /> 8260B. <br /> 3. Conducting rising and falling head permeability(or slug)tests. <br /> 4. Installation of 7 borings/probes for a soil gas investiation. <br /> COMMENTS AND CONDITIONS: <br /> 1. Submit two Environmental Health Department(EHD)well permit applications and two$89 permit <br /> fees(one permit application and fee for the on-site soil gas borings and one permit application and fee <br /> for the off-site CPT boring). A copy of the City of Stockton encroachment permit for the CPT <br /> boring must be submitted before the EHD permit for that work can be approved. Once the well <br /> permits have been approved,notify EHD of the proposed schedule for the work. <br /> 2.
