The permit fee for the destruction of each well is $125, along with a $375 <br /> Inspection Activity fee per parcel. A review of the site records indicates that twenty-eight (28) <br /> Monitor Wells; and twelve (12) Injection Wells; two (2) Nested Wells and three (3) Vapor <br /> Extraction Wells currently are installed at the site.
