In the <br /> correspondence Arcadis proposes to first conduct a pilot test for enhanced anaerobic <br /> biological oxidation, followed by submittal of the feasibility study during the fourth quarter <br /> 2010. Arcadis has proposed a date of February 26, 2010 for submittal of a work plan for the <br /> pilot test. The EHD approves the proposed outline of work and time schedule.
