January 23,2001 G-R Job#280045 Mr Nick Nickerson Unocal -DBG/AMG 8788 Elk Grove Boulevard Building 3,Suite 15 Elk Grove,California 95624 RE Fourth Quarter 2000 Groundwater Monitoring& Sampling Report Former Unocal Service Station#0187 437 East Miner Avenue Stockton,California Dear Mr Nickerson This report documents the quarterly groundwater monitoring and sampling events performed by Gettler-Ryan Inc (G-R) On November 20,21,and 22, 2000,field personnel monitored thirty-four wells(U-1 through U-25,UV-1, UV-2, UV-3,NP-1-22,NP-1-65,NP-1-111,NP-2-22,NP-2-60, and NP-2-116)and sampled thirty-one wells (U-1 through U-25,NP-1-22,NP-1-65,NP-1-111,NP-2-22,NP-2-60, and NP-2-116)at the above referenced site Two wells(UV-2 and UV-3)were dry In addition on December 7,2000,eight wells(U-19,U-21,NP-1-22,NP-1-64, • NP-1-111,NP-2-22,NP-2-60,and NP-2-116)were monitored and sampled Static groundwater levels were measured and all wells were checked for the presence of separate-phase hydrocarbons Separate-phase hydrocarbons were not present in the wells Static water level data and groundwater elevations are summarized in Table 1 A Potentnometrxc Maps are included as Figures 1, 2 and 3.
