("C&S") <br /> and ARCADIS U.S., INC. ("Contractor" or"ARCADIS"), dated June 25, 2010. <br /> Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in the Agreement, it is hereby agreed between the <br /> parties as follows: <br /> 1. The attached Exhibit#347 incorporates Phase II investigation services related to the Super Store <br /> Industries Facility located at 16888 McKinely Avenue, Lathrop, California. <br /> 2. Nothing contained here alters or affects the provisions of the Agreement except as expressly provided <br /> herein.
