The <br /> investigation is due to very high concentrations of petroleum hydrocarbons detected in ground water <br /> at the Shockey and Sons Trucking site; the full extent of the ground water impact has not been <br /> determined,and further assessment is required.The additional assessment will require advancement <br /> (drilling) of one pilot boring on your property(APN: 261-080-23) in Ripon, California, to collect <br /> soil samples and install a ground water monitoring well for the quarterly collection of ground water <br /> samples for chemical analysis. Advanced GeoEnvironmental Inc. is requesting permission to one <br /> ground water monitoring well on yourproperty;an access agreement is enclosed for your review and <br /> signature. <br /> The access agreement addresses the following procedures: <br /> 1) Installation of one ground water monitoring well in the south-central portion of the property <br /> APN: 261-080-23 (see attached site plan). <br /> 2) The property owner(MGR LLC) of the above referenced site will be given a minimum of <br /> one week notification prior to any field activities. <br /> 3) Upon completion the ground water investigation and granting of site closure, the ground <br /> water monitoring well will be permanently sealed in accordance with EHD requirements,and <br /> the area of the ground water monitoring well will be returned to the same conditions as prior <br /> to the boring activities. <br /> 4) Quarterly reports,including a report of the well installation will be submitted to the property <br /> owner(MGR LLC) of the above referenced site. <br /> If you do not wish to allow access for this investigation,please indicate so by signing and dating the <br /> enclosed Access Refusal form. <br /> 837 Shaw (toad.
