Keith Kaufman - Subject: Results of Physicochemical and Microbiological Analyses of Three (3) Soil ' Samples and One (1) Water Sample (Shockey & Sons Trucking) ' Listed below are the results from the referenced analyses performed on three (3) soil samples (P10-15, P10-20, and P10-25) and one (1) water sample (MW-4) collected on 7129199 and received on 7130199. After appropriate dilution, samples were plated onto TSA and MSA ' supplemented with 1000 ppm of a 90%110% diesellgasolinel mix (for soil samples) and 100 ppm diesel (for water sample) as sole carbon substrates. Media were prepared at ambient pH. Cultures were incubated under aerobic conditions at room temperature for six (6) days prior ' to enumeration. Physicochemical analyses were performed in accordance with previously described protocol.
