The following is the summary of our <br />responses, implemented corrective actions, and any additional actions in process. <br />Item #5 — <br />The University of the Pacific has updated our Chemical Inventory in the <br />California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) to include the additions of <br />identified chemicals in excess of the reportable quantity, including, but not limited <br />to, Sanacor 2621, Diesel fuel, calcium chloride, transformer oil, and hydraulic oil, <br />as well as small quantities of calcium, lithium, and sodium metals. <br />Item #6 — <br />The University of the Pacific has updated our facility maps in CERS to include <br />the required map elements and specific locations of identified inventory chemicals. <br />These chemicals include, but are not limited to, acetylene, ammonia, argon, sodium <br />bicarbonate, carbon dioxide, helium, hydrogen, isopropanol, mercury, methane, <br />muriatic acid, compressed nitrogen, liquefied nitrogen, compressed oxygen, pulsar <br />tablets, Sanacor 2621, diesel fuel, transformer oil, hydraulic oil, and the containers <br />of water-reactive materials (calcium metal, lithium metal, sodium metal). <br />Item #10 — <br />The University of the Pacific has updated our chemical inventory and facility <br />maps in CERS as required. <br />Item #11 — <br />The University of the Pacific has updated and implemented ongoing training on <br />the emergency response plan and procedures including notification procedures, <br />procedures for the mitigation of a release or threatened release, and evacuation plans <br />and procedures. Our Training Plan has be included in CERS. Additional <br />documentation of recently provided training has been attached for reference.
