Seal <br /> base to wall. <br /> Rest room ceiling is absorbent. It shall be either painted or covered with polywall. <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:The walls/ceilings shall have durable,smooth,nonabsorbent,light-colored,and washable surfaces.
