Provide. <br /> FRP wall behind refrigerator in kitchen is loose.Tack to wall and seal edges as to prevent insects from hiding behind panel. <br /> Kitchen ceiling panel around water heater pipes have gaps.A small section of panel close to beam is absorbent. Panel <br /> around pipes shall lack gaps and all tiles shall be cleanable. <br /> One section of rest room floor(around beam is not finished). Finish so that it is smooth, cleanable, non absorbent. Seal <br /> base to wall. <br /> Rest room ceiling is absorbent. It shall be either painted or covered with polywall. <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:The walls/ceilings shall have durable,smooth,nonabsorbent,light-colored,and washable surfaces. All floor <br /> surfaces, other than the customer service areas, shall be approved, smooth,durable and made of nonabsorbent material that is easily <br /> cleanable.Approved base coving shall be provided in all areas,except customer service areas and where food is stored in original <br /> unopened containers. Food facilities shall be fully enclosed. All food facilities shall be kept clean and in good repair.
