(113953, 113953.1, 114067(0) <br /> #23 Rodents, Insects or Animals Inside Facility <br /> OBSERVATIONS:Observed rodent droppings located in the aisle near the chips and candy.Associate stated a pest control <br /> company does service the facility but customers leave the door open when they enter,thus causing the rodents to have an <br /> entrance into the facility. Remove all rodent droppings found, sanitize area and continue to be serviced for pest control. <br /> Advise associate to close the front door if a customer leaves it open upon entering the facility.
