1
05 February 2002
AGE-NC Project No 48-0432
• MTBE was detected in wells MW-1, MW-2, MW-4 and MW-5 during the October 2001
monitoring event Three of the six ground water samples collected had reported
concentrations of MTBE that exceed the State of California maximum contaminant level
' (MCL)
' 5.0. RECOMMENDATIONS
' Based on the results of this investigation, AGE recommends
• Performance of a quarterly monitoring event in February 2002
' • Installation of a down-gradient monitoring well, as approved
• Preparation of corrective action plan for the remediation of MTBE-impacted ground water
6.0. LIMITATIONS
Our professional services were performed using that degree of care and skill ordinarily exercised by
' environmental consultants practicing in this or similar localities The findings were based mainly
upon analytical results provided by an independent laboratory Evaluations of the
geologic/hydrogeologic conditions at the site for the purpose of this investigation are made from a
' limited number of available data points(i a ground water samples),and subsurface conditions may
vary away from these data points No other warranty, expressed or implied, is made as to the
professional recommendations contained in this report
1
Advanced GeoEnvi ron mental,Inc
