Miner Ave., Stockton, CA (Figure 1)
Site Code: 1187
. Dear Ms. Lagorio:
i
Ground Zero Analysis, Inc. (Ground Zero) is submitting this groundwater sampling report for the
above referenced site on behalf of Mr. Jay Friedman. This report documents the most recent
groundwater quality data for the site. This verification sampling event was performed as directed by
San Joaquin County Public Environmental Health Department (EHD) in correspondence dated
September 14, 2001. In phone conversations in November 2001 Regional Water Quality Control
Board (RWQCB) and EHD indicated that two additional monitoring and sampling events would be
required prior to considering the site for closure. These have now been completed.
SITE ACTIVITIES
Activities at the site included monitoring water level elevations and purging and sampling
groundwater from both site monitoring wells (Figure 2). Groundwater samples were analyzed for
total petroleum hydrocarbons as gasoline (TPHg), benzene, toluene, ethylbenzene, total xylenes
(BTEX), gasoline oxygenate additives, ethylene dibromide (EDB) and 1,2 dichloroethane (1,2
DCA). In addition, drummed drill cuttings were transported offsite for disposal.
FIELDWORK
Groundwater Monitoring and Sampling
On June 25, 2002, depth to water was measured in monitoring wells NMI and MW2.
