Miner Ave., Stockton, CA (Figure 1)
Site Code: 1187
Dear Ms. Lofstrom:
Ground Zero Analysis, Inc. (Ground Zero) is submitting this groundwater sampling report for the
above referenced site on behalf of Mr. Jay Friedman. This report documents the most recent
groundwater quality data for the site, and requests case closure. This verification sampling event
was performed as directed by San Joaquin County Public Health Services, Environmental Health
Division (PHS/EHD) in correspondence dated September 14, 2001.
SITE ACTIVITIES
Activities at the site included monitoring water level elevations and purging and sampling
groundwater from both site monitoring wells (Figure 2). Groundwater samples were analyzed for
total petroleum hydrocarbons as gasoline (TPHg), benzene, toluene, ethylbenzene, total xylenes
(BTEX), gasoline oxygenate additives, 1,2 dichloroethane (1,2 DCA), and ethylene dibromide
(EDB).
FIELDWORK
i
Groundwater Monitoring and Sampling
On October 26, 2001, depth to water was measured in wells MW1 and MW2. Groundwater
• elevations were calculated by measuring the depth to groundwater in each well and subtracting
from the respective wellhead elevation. Groundwater at the site fell an average of 1.02 feet since
Crroundzelva11eyvw14gm2001
