(Ground Zero) submits this letter report to summarize recent subsurface <br /> ~ investigation activities conducted at the subject site and to provide the information needed for case <br /> closure. . <br /> ' 1.0 INTRODUCTION <br /> 1.1 Purpose <br /> ' The purpose of the most recent phase of subsurface investigation was to determine if groundwater <br /> impact has resulted from rising groundwater levels at the subject property and, if so, to provide a <br /> ' preliminary assessment of the magnitude and extent of impact. This report documents the <br /> methodology and results of the investigation and describes the nature and extent of contamination, <br /> the mass of residual contamination and the lack of significant risk to human health or the <br /> environment from the contaminants. <br /> 1.2 Resources <br /> ' Sean Garvey, a Ground Zero geologist, directed fieldwork on Jul 29, 1999 and November 18 <br /> Y , <br /> 1999. Fisch Environmental (Fisch, C57-683685) and Spectrum Exploration (Spectrum, C-57- <br /> 512268), both State licensed drilling companies performed drilling services. Argon Laboratories, <br /> Inc.
