Kent's Oil facility located at 3310 R. <br /> Miner in Stockton' california. The revisions are based upon our <br /> phone conversation and recent faxed information from your offios. <br /> The revisions are as follows: <br /> 1. Sheldon Oil, has provided OHM with an EPA 10 number <br /> whish is site specific to Kent's Oil service. This <br /> number isZrC 004-588-728 for the referenced <br /> underground storage tank, <br /> 2. A sample composite of the tank materials has already <br /> been obtained and will be analyzed as per Title 22 <br /> Article II to ascertain additional laboratory tenting <br /> requirements upon completion of the removal activities. <br /> 3. All eoil samples will be taken at a depth of between <br /> two 'r.r r^`_, ; S fest below the tanks invert as <br /> requested by 9JCtiD. <br /> 4. All sampling gear and material will be removed from the <br /> Job site and disposed of prior to the 90 day time limit <br /> for storage of waste materials. <br /> 5. At this point in time, OHM is not anticipating any <br /> additional excavation other than that specified on our <br /> work plan.
