Dr. Meaders, developer of the FyreZyme7m bioremediation system, will be respon- <br /> sible for the implementation of the work plan and the coordination of all on-site activities. His <br /> responsibilities will include: <br /> • Coordinating and scheduling the project (determining when, where, size and con- <br /> tent of the work crews, and materials); <br /> • Coordinating application of the FyreZyme'technology. <br /> • Specifying, coordinating and scheduling appropriate types of equipment needed to <br /> perform the work; <br /> • Ensuring that all reporting and recordkeeping is complete; <br /> • Maintaining the log book of clean-up activities. <br /> Field Superintendent <br /> Field Superintendent Jim Asbel will manage the construction operations his responsibilities will <br /> include: <br /> Complete on-site responsibility reporting to the project manager; <br /> Supervising the personnel and assigning work duties; <br /> • Handling of all day-to-day operational problems involved with the job; <br /> • Ensuring that all reporting and recordkeeping is complete; <br /> • Maintaining the log book of clean-up activities. <br /> [ Assuring that safety procedures in effect are in compliance with all appropriate <br /> federal, state, and company regulations <br /> • Assuring that appropriate hazard areas are identified and well marked; <br /> • Assuring that all personnel entering areas are in appropriate levels of protection; <br /> • Assuring that visitors comply with site safety regulations. <br /> 4 <br /> i <br />
