i <br /> 1-2 <br /> Site Location: <br /> Kent's Oil facility is located at 2210 Miner Avenue, in the eastern area of Stockton, <br /> California. Stockton is situated in the central portion of the northern half of the San Joaquin <br /> Valley and lies at the eastern extent of the San Joaquin and Sacramento River Delta. Kent's Oil <br /> facility is located approximately 2%i-miles south of the Calaveras River, approximately 3-miles <br /> east of the Port of Stockton, and approximately 'i-mile west of Highway 99, immediately south <br /> of the intersection of Windsor and Miner Avenues (Figure 1-1). + <br /> This report is organized in 6 chapters. Chapter 2 recounts the site history, focusing on <br /> the 1990 UST removal. Chapter 3 discusses the soil excavation phase of the project. l <br /> Bioremediation is documented in Chapter 4.
