Based on their review, SCEHD required additional investigation and <br /> documentation be provided for this facility. Kleinfelder conducted groundwater monitoring in <br /> July 1998 (See Groundwater Sampling Results Report, Kent's Oil Facility, July 1998). <br /> Additional documentation requested by SCEHD included a receptor survey of domestic, <br /> municipal, agricultural, industrial and other; wells within a 2000 foot radius of the site. The <br /> Department of Water Resources was contacted for this well location survey. <br /> ' Additionally, SCEHD requested documentation on the pumping influences and public health <br /> risks as related to variable groundwater gradient and groundwater contaminant concentrations in <br /> this area.
